While the conference room technology is easy to use, it can take a few minutes to get comfortable with it. Always arrive 5-10 min early to setup for your meeting.
Setting Up A Zoom Call
- Using the TV remote, change the TV source to the second PC.
- If desktop screen doesn’t appear, click on the keyboard to wake it up.
- Setup Zoom (or any other video call software) how you normally would.
The OBS camera uses hand gestures to track motion and zoom in and out. Instructions can be found here.
Presenting From Another Device
- Change the TV source to the first PC.
- Plug in your computer via the table HDMI cable.
- The first time you connect a new device by HDMI, the computer will take a few minutes to recognize the device.
